Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of post-qualified experience and will play a pivotal role in construction projects, ensuring cost control, contract administration, and overall project success.

Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, on-site role. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Cost control.
• BOQ preparation.
• Cost management
• Cost planning
• Cost reporting
• Work closely with the project team to ensure the project is completed on budget and on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying on construction projects
• Experience in modular building or temporary building industry is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and/or other construction estimating software
