Job Description: Our client is currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join their team as Machine Operatives. As a Machine Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, contributing to the manufacturing process of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards of production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with operating machinery and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
