Job Description: Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors daily and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate with contract managers to provide updates on works and timelines within their projects 
• Collaborate with clients and the project team to schedule works
• Keep daily log of all site activities 
• Take inspection reports and issue to the contracts manager 
• Hands on when needed to ensure works are on programme
• Perform general duties, including compiling information and maintaining records, to support project delivery.
• Attend site meetings 

Essential Criteria:

• Degree in Construction or similar trade qualification background. Joinery preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with a Main Contractor, preferably including Groundwork Experience.
• Strong awareness of Health and Safety protocols.
• Innovative, creative, and proactive with a solution-oriented approach.
• Full clean driving license.
• Motivated and driven personality with a collaborative work approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Willing to stay away from home 4x nights per week
