Job Title: Venue Manager
Location: Cookstown area
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum.
Hours: Full time

About the role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of one of our premier venues. The Venue Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the venue, from daily operations to special events. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the venue, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality
- Coordinate and oversee events, functions, and special promotions, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to support the success of the venue
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar venue setting
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other hospitality software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
